This week i did nt train much...
only can see others train hard and have fun together as a team...
feel so useless.. now feel better for my leg but scare the pain will be back..
i dun wan miss out the monment of training with the others...

the week after next even shorter lo.. sat 4 or 5 den book out..
sun book in with other who never go sIT test...
seen like everything is finishing but before all this..
is the tough time!!!
